The Muktinath Temple is situated in Mustang district of Nepal. It is religious center for both Hindus and Buddhists. It is built in Shikhar Style with 108 fountains, the Jwalamai and Shiva temples outside the temple. Inside the temple, there is a idol of Muktinath, Garuda, Saraswoti and Laxmi. It is believed that a visit to the temple and a bath in 108 fountains of Muktinath is one of many methods to ascend to Heaven after death. Pilgrims visit the temple throughout the year especially during Kartik Purnima and Janai Purnima. September to November, March to May are worthful and easy months to visit Muktinath Temple in Nepal.
