During its first stakeholders' meeting, the Safer Nepal Coalition reached a consensus to operate under the leadership of the Women Development Society (WODES) and the organizational coordination of the Ban Landmines Campaign Nepal (NCBL). Both organizations are highly respected non-governmental institutions in Nepal, with long-standing experience and significant contributions to humanitarian, development, and advocacy initiatives.
As part of its strategic growth and partnership-building efforts, the Coalition has also decided to engage with the private sector and explore collaborative opportunities with organizations such as Women Entrepreneurs (WE) and Naya Yatra Pvt. Ltd. (Naya). These partnerships are expected to strengthen the Coalition’s outreach, resource mobilization, and collective impact in advancing its mission and objectives.
