1. Ban Landmines Campaign Nepal, is seeking application for the position of Program Coordinator.
Post Title: Project Manager
Duration: Six months and possible extension
Duty Station: Dallu Abas, Swoyambhu Kathmandu
Major Duties and Responsibilities
· Visit in various districts to implement mine action activities
· Visit line ministries and organize meetings
· Develop weekly and monthly work plan and budget of the program
· Frequent visit, coordination and technical support to members in districts and community level
· Capacity of report writing, translations, arranging workshops/discussions and conducting orientation sessions, writing articles
· Prepare monthly/quarterly report to meet the reporting requirements
· Communicate regularly with NCBL secretariat and donor (if necessary)
· Establish working relationship of NCBL and its network organizations
Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor's degree in sociology or any other related field
· One year of relevant working experience, preferably within an I/NGO environment
· Fluency in English and Nepali with strong writing and speaking skill
· Good command of MS office applications
· Good networking and coordination skill
· Sound knowledge and understanding of Mine Ban Treaty, Convention on Cluster Munition and Convention on Rights of Persons with Disabilities

Post Title: Finance Officer

Major Duties and Responsibilities
· Keeping the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
· Preparing and maintaining important financial reports
· Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time
· Evaluating financial operations to recommend best practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently
· Offering guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization
· Conducting forecasting and risk analysis assessments
· To act honestly and avoid negligence in their practices.
· Prepare monthly/quarterly report to meet the reporting requirements
