मिति २०७९ माघ ७ गते एनसिबिएलले नेपाल आर्मी व्दन्दबाट अपांगता भएकाहरुको लागि १७ बुँदे हाम्रो आवाज हस्तान्तरण गर्यो । उक्त समारोहमा एनसिबिएलका संयोजक पूर्णशोभा चित्रकारलाई पीडितहरुले दोसल्ला ओढाई सम्मान गरे । उक्त कार्यक्रममा करीब पाँचसय सहभागी भएका थिए । स्मरण गरौं विगतको सशस्त्र व्दन्दको क्रममा नेपाली सेनाको तर्फबाट २ हजार ३७८ घाइते तथा अपांगता भएका थिए भने १ हजार ३६ जनाको मृत्यु भएको थियो । यसमा बारुदी सुरुंग र बिष्फोटक पदार्थबाट कति भन्ने छुट्टिएको छैन । घाइते तथा अपांगता भएकाहरु मध्ये ५ सय जनाले स्वैच्छिक अवकाश लिईसकेकाछन् ।

On 21 January 2023, NCBL handed over 17 points appeal of "Our Voice" for the Nepal Army persons with disability due to the armed conflict. In the ceremony, NCBL coordinator Purna Shova Chitrakar was honored by the survivors. About 500 people participated in the program.

Let us remember that during the past armed conflict, two thousand three hundred seventy-eight Nepali Army persons (2378) persons were injured and disabled. One thousand thirty-six (1036) died.  There is not separate record of number of victim/survivors of landmines and IEDs. About 500 persons have taken voluntary retirement due to disability.
