बारुदी सुरुङ प्रतिबन्ध अभियान नेपालले यही नोभेम्बर ९ मा पीडितहरुको राष्ट्रिय सम्मेलनको मूल समारोह सम्पन्न भयो । उक्त सम्मेलनको उद्घाटन राष्ट्रिय मानव अधिकार आयोगका सदस्य माननीय मनोज दुवादीले गर्नु भयो र उहाँले आप्mनो मन्तव्य दिनु भयो । त्रिभुवन बिश्वबिद्यालयका व्दन्द, शान्ति र विकास विभागका प्रमुख प्रो.पिताम्बर भण्डारीले अतिथिको मन्चबाट आप्mना बिचारहरु व्यक्त गर्नु भयो । सम्मेलनमा प्रदेका प्रतिनिधिहरु, सुरक्षा निकाय र पूर्व लडाकुहरुको तर्फबाट उपस्थित भएको थियो । सम्मेलनमा नेपाल सरकारलाई सन्धीमा प्रवेश गराउन बल पुर्याउने, १७ बुँदालाई व्यापकता दिने, बारुदी सुरुङ तथा बिष्फोटक पदार्थका बिद्यमान समस्याहरु र समाधानका उपाय, जोखिम शिक्षालाई प्रभावकारी बनाउने, पीडित सहायतालाई लक्षित समूहमा प्रभावकारी बनाउने, स्थानीय तहमा अभियानलाई व्यापकता तुल्याउने ६ वटा बिषयगत शिर्षकहरुमा छलफल भयो । सम्मेलनको अन्तमा एक घोषणापत्र पारित भएकोछ । उक्त सम्मेलनको अवसरमा १०१ कथाहरुको संग्रह औपचारिक रुपमा अनावरण भएकोछ ।

The Landmine Ban Campaign Nepal held the main ceremony of the National Conference of Victims on 9 November 2022. The conference was inaugurated by Honorable Manoj Duwadi, a member of the National Human Rights Commission and he gave his speech. Prof. Pitambar Bhandari, head of the Department of Peace, Conflict and Development of Tribhuvan University, expressed his views from the guest platform. The conference was attended by representatives of provinces, security personels and ex-combatants. In the conference, there were discussions on 6 thematic topics of strengthening the Nepal government to enter into the treaty, broadening the 17 points appeal, existing problems and solutions of landmines and explosives, effective risk education, making victim assistance effective in the target group, and making the campaign widespread at the local level. A declaration was passed at the end of the conference.A collection of 101 stories was formally unveiled on the occasion of the conference.
