Due to climate change and degradation of land, fertility has started declining. If we do not put effort for the solution, there will be food shortages, poverty and starvation in the world. The Women Development Society (WODES) has started to make new innovation to contribute to solve the problem by investing young women in science and technology through "Teamimpactors". The "SAATHI" Saathi: Press Statement (wodes.org.np) project is one of the successful exercise.
