Customs tariff for silk in Nepal

Import duty for Raw Silk (not thrown), Silk waste (including cocoons unsuitable for reeling, yarn waste and garnetted stock, Silk yarn and yarn spun from silk waste, put up for retail sale; silk-worm gut is 5% and Silk-worm cocoons suitable for reeling is free. Similarly, import duty rate for Woven fabrics of silk or of silk waste is 7.25% within SAARC countries and 15% within other countries.
