Import duty rate for preparations of vegetables, fruit, nuts or other parts of plants in Nepal

Import duty for Vegetables, fruit, nuts and other edible parts of plants tomatoes prepared or preserved by vinegar or acetic acid is 14% for SAARC countries and 15% for other countries in general. Similarly, Other vegetables prepared or preserved otherwise than by vinegar or acetic acid, frozen or not frozen like potaotes, potato chips is 18.5% for SAARC countries and 20% for other countries in general. Also import duty for Fruit, nuts and other edible parts of plants, otherwise prepared or preserved, whether or not containing added sugar or other sweetening matter or spirit, not elsewhere specified or included is 14% for SAARC countries and 15% for other countries in general.

Import duty for Fruit juices (including grape must) and vegetable juices, unfermented and not containing added spirit, whether or not containing added sugar or other sweetening matter is Rs 60 per litre.
