Customs Tariff for Cocoa and cocoa preparations

Import duty for Cocoa beans, whole or broken, raw or roasted in SAARC countries is 6% and 10% in general for other countries. The import duty is same for Cocoa butter, fat and oil, Cocoa powder, not containing added sugar or other sweetening matter. Similarly, for Cocoa shells, husks, skins and other cocoa waste imposes 5% import tax for SAARC countries and 5% for other countries. Also Chocolate and other food preparations containing cocoa has 30% import tax for SAARC countries and 30% for other countries in general.
