Custom tax for fish and crustaceans, molluscs and other aquatic invertebrates

According to section I of customs tariff of Nepal, fish and crustaceans, molluscs and other aquatic invertebrates has customs duty of 9% from SAARC country and 10% from other countries. Similarly, Pacific salmon(Oncorhynchus nerka,Oncorhynchus gorbuscha,Oncorhynchus keta,Oncorhynchus tschawytscha,Oncorhynchus kisutch,Oncorhynchus masouandOncorhynchus rhodurus), Atlantic salmon(Salmo salar)and Danube salmon(Hucho hucho), Flatfish(Pleuronectidae,Bothidae,Cynoglossidae,Soleidae, ScophthalmidaeandCitharidae),excluding edible fish offal, Halibut (Reinhardtius hippoglossoides, Hippoglossus hippoglossus, Hippoglossus stenolepis), Plaice (Pleuronectes platessa), Sole (Solea spp.), Turbots(Psettamaxima), Tunas(ofthegenusThunnus),skipjackorstripe-belliedbonito (Euthynnus(Katsuwonus)pelamis), Albacore or longfinned tunas (Thunnus alalunga) has customs duty of 6% from SAARC country and 10% from other countries.
