Thanks to the development of information technology, machine learning and artificial intelligence, the HR market is undergoing dramatic changes, and the near future promises a real revolution.

A number of companies are introducing artificial intelligence algorithms into tools for evaluating resumes, sending letters following interviews, and even searching for potential candidates. All automatic work of HR managers will be taken away by cars, chat bots and this will be a real breakthrough.

One of the large companies is developing a recruiter robot, which conducts the initial call of candidates for job seekers and conducts interviews with them on Skype. Such a bot is able to make thousands of calls in minutes and take into account the reaction of the interlocutor.

Recruiting sites are used for interviewing chat bots. For example, a chat bot in Telegram asks candidates questions prepared by the company in advance and conducts an initial selection, evaluating the basic competencies of applicants. The bot not only asks, but is also able to emotionally respond to the answers of the interlocutor.
