Distribution of Computers and sewing Machine for marginalized and indigenous women in Jhuwani Village of Chitwan district. 

Nepal China Women Friendship Society (NCWFS) organized a computers, sewing machine and cultural dress distribution event of in Jhuwani Village Development Committee of Chitwan District on 21 August 2016. In that program 5 computers, 10 sewing machines, 30 set cultural dress and furniture were distributed supported by Chinese Embassy to Nepal.

The chief guest of the event Surendra Pandey, Former Finance Minister emphasized that without economic development the democracy cannot be sustained. Chair Purna Shova Chitrakar appreciated to Chinese embassy for giving opportunity to work with Tharu people in Jwani village on skill and economic development. In that event Krishna Khanal, Krishna Raj Panta from CPN UML, Phula Chanda Mahato from Nepali Congress, Min Prasad Sapkota from Nepal Comunist Party (Maoist-Biplab), former Mayer Narayan Wan, local leaders Jogendra Chaudhary, Narayana Chaudhari and women leaders delivered their messages. They expressed their gratitude to Chinese Embassy for supporting them. They emphasized that for the development of the society all parties much collaborate and work together.

During the event the Federation of Nepal Chambers of Commerce and Industry district committee committed to support for one year rent of computer and sewing class. In that event more than 300 people were participated. Rajaram Regmi welcomed to the guests.
