Circus Trees
Gilroy Garden of California is popular for its 24 Circus Trees that were grown and shaped with multiple trunks, basket-weave patterns, and hearts. It was created by Axel Erlandsonor. These trees appeared in the column of Robert Ripley's Believe It or Not! twelve times. The Tree Circus, opened in the spring of 1947.
