Many innocent civilians are victims of landmines & ERWs in Nepal and Cluster Munitions in many countries. Ban Landmines Campaign Nepal (NCBL) therefore wants to push the Nepalese Government to join the Mine Ban Treaty (MBT) that prohibits the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and the Convention on Cluster Munition (CCM) that prohibits the Use, Transfer, produce and Stockpile of Cluster Bombs.
