The Compound eye

With its two enormous compound eyes, each made of 30,000 lenses. When closely examined its head, no doubt we'll noticed their eyes are quite large and remarkably unlike our own. These eyes are made up of many divisions, giving the eye a net or mesh like appearance. It is this multitude of divisions that gives it the name: compound eye.
